Just some snapshots me and my sister took with our bird-eating cat ;D Seems she took a liking to John.  So on to this small story.

A story, John will never, ever tell anyone. On their last mission to PX3M24 John Sheppard got lost once again. He really shouldn´t have wandered around while Rodney was drooling over the latest relict of the Ancients. His sense of orientation told him that the others should be around here somewhere. Then he heard a creeching noise, some rumbling and...was faced with the biggest cat ever seen by mankind....

 

But no one came to his help. No harm seemed to be done to the cat with his P90 and he was dragged away in its mouth...

 

Even hours later John Sheppard didn´t dare move.....



And if they haven´t died they cat is still sleeping with John on its fur while he waits for his death .... ;D ;D
*evil grin, of course we rescued him, but still the cats slept next to him every day, couldn´t get them away*

Some recommendations for very long Stargate Atlantis (McKay/Sheppard)-Fanfictions, beware most of them have bondage themes and not the light kind. "In the city of seven walls" and "The watcher" are slavefics.

"In the city of seven walls" by Auburn with 171,606 words is a very long slavefic where SGA1 is ambushed and sold as slaves. The Haralim buys John because he looks like her impotent husband to get a royal heir with him and Rodney because she can use him agains John. After an unsuccessful escape attempt (all slaves are barefoot), a hard beating, the use of the torture drug Moa and the threat to torture Rodney with it if John doesn´t obey, he submits and both Rodney and John begin their new lives as slaves.
This fic is beautifully written and very sad. Even the happy ending isn´t what you´ll expect, but it works very well for me. Having read it three time I still cried half way through it. No easygoing McShep in here, slowly developing. Who do you trust on another world where everyone is your "enemy" - even if you don´t feel that way.



Xanthe´s "General and Dr. Sheppard"-Verse:
Three parts with about 200,000 words for each part (1. Coming home (the beginnings), 2. General and Dr. Sheppard (come to our canon-verse - up until then ;D), 3. Hiding in Plain Sight (crossover with NCIS). Part three is the reason I´m watching NCIS (DiNozzo/Gibbs-slash). Thanks to Xanthe for that new fandom.

In her verse nearly everything is the same as in canon, just one "simple" difference: It´s a bondage verse, where it is normal to be a submissive or dominant, for example: Couples don´t have the wedding: The dominant partner gets a belt with lots of "toys", the sub gets collared (leather, metal, silver whatever the wish). The couples share a plate together - means the dom feeds the sub, but the sub gets the food for them. The dom gets to punish the sub (if the sub has one, or the misbehaviour wasn´t official) for misbehaviour instead of sending them to prison or getting a black mark in the record.

Seems easy until: Trouble in the version of Dr. Rodney McKay, a very cranky, arrogant, genius sub goes with the Colonel (!) Sheppard, Dr. Weir and the others to Atlantis. McKay seem to find chaos and the punishment room very appealing because he finds himself there very often. And somehow John can´t understand why McKay so often gets into Trouble with his marines.... My favourite scene: John running to Rodney´s lab with nothing but a towel around his best parts in the morning because Rodney has turned of his electricity for his "experiments" and John had to shower cold ;D

Rodney has overtaken Atlantis with Carson´s help as a warlord (yes, I know how this sounds, but it´s written well and took him some time, Carson being his drug supplier for unwilling prisoners). He´s been obsessed with John since his arrival in Antarctica, his feelings growing inside. Two things you should know when reading this: This is hardcore BDSM, nowhere as "light" as Xanthe´s verse and it´s non-consensual! But I love this verse very much and the Christmas-chapter made me think: maybe he really likes him.

Another good slavefic is The 120 days by Kuna Yashmaa which is very well written, but was too hardcore for me, which is why I stopped reading. But I like the Annex where John is given to Rodney.


And now for sth completely different, light AUs both McShep and already read lots of times.
No refunds or exchanges and Ordinary life by shalott and speranza.
"No refunds or exchanges" (11,000 words): John Sheppard wants to go to Atlantis in the Pegasus Galaxy, but you can only get there a) if you have money, b) you have the ATA gene(people are early tested) or c) with big luck. Since John has a black mark from Afghanistan, was never tested for the gene (was out of school by then), no luck and left the military, there is only d) going there as the soon-to-be-husband and housekeeper of Rodney McKay who didn´t bother with marking whether he wanted a man or a woman. Laughed and cried very hard on this one.


"Ordinary life"(20,000 words): "Canon" John goes on holiday with Rodney - on earth - since he has nowhere else to go. Rodney gets a big secret project from a friend in Florida (yeah, surfing, beach, John in swimming trunks). An no, no one thinks John is just Rodney´s "friend" which bothers John more than it should. Put in a kidnapping plan, good food and a party with weapons and you get lots of fun, action and sex.

I´ve been painting with a friend on Tuesday and now my chinese icedragon is nearly completed. It still needs chinese writings on the edge, but after that.... The original looks like this, but the background of mine is blue-white and it has another dragon which looks like a chinese tattoo.



Nearly done can´t be said about my oil copy in size A1 of this picture - originally done by Chayan Khoi.

The sky has been done (but in dark red with black) and the tower and buildings are ready. But it´s still missing the bridge and the big waterfalls at the right of the tower. So over the half still has to be done. 

Chayan has now photographed and redone another one on his computer. Only in blueish colours but it gives the same picture a completely other feeling.



Had a calendar with his works and still have a puzzle with his painting called "Dream Quest" which is also called "Moonlit Chateau".Seen below:

 
 

The song is Mezame from the anime "Mai Hime" which I like very much. My friends call it "house" music but I don´t care. It´s still cool.

The scenes are "obviously" from Devil May Cry, The Game. Let me tell you, the anime sucks. The art and the story. How they disfigured my lovely Dante is unbelievable (the guy in the red coat with the big sword and the two guns, son of Sparda).

I looked for a good music video for "Mi morena" and found this one. Inbetween I got the "Aha!"-effect. That´s the movie I´ve wanted to see, the love pair which is separated but the man loves her over centuries, now I want to see it even more. Hope you´ll like it, too. I adore this song. Want a slash music video for "Queer as Folk" with it.

Since I´ve always heard from my friends that they don´t know this song although they´ve seen and like the movie, here it is. I love it and bought the notes.

My newest loved songs by Josh Groban: "February Song" (my favourite next to "Remember me - Troja OST", "My confession" and "Mi morena"...) and "Un giorno per noi" (last one has a long instrumental beginning, knew I´ve heard the song before: It´s "Romeo and Juliet," played it years ago on the organ).

How can that man sing so high and beautiful. If that weren´t enough he looks good and is nice to his fans. Sadly I´ve missed his one and only performance in Germany in May ;( Would have gone there though it was a few hours away from Munich.

Luckily I could watch the first 17 minutes of the Season 3 premiere "Orientación" on youtube. The video has now been put down because FOX claimed their rights. They show it on their homepage as well, but only for US residents *what a f*ck*. So anyone who wants to be spoiled read on and feel free to discuss it with me. For those of you who don´t wanna know what happens next, don´t mark the text after this Season 3 wallpaper ;D All thanks goes to

First of all: Nope, Bellick wasn´t raped as many of us had predicted. It hasn´t been said yet, but since everything in Sona revolves around those fights I think he was in one and lost. Although I don´t understand how he still lives after that since the first thing you´ll get to see is right next after what happened last ep. Michael walked into the light - which is a large courtyard where a big fight is happening just like those fights in the movie "Fight Club" only that here the loser dies.

Bellick has to drink water from a puddle in the sand while Michael denies Mahone´s request to work together since Mahone killed his father (I liked that. Being too friendly too fast wouldn´t work - even in this environment, guys there´s slash waiting for us).

Lincoln tries to get Michael out of there but is only met by the news that he himself can go to the US as a free man, while Michael can only be transferred tomorrow and has to wait for his day in court 45 days from now (Do we really believe, there will be a transfer?? *shaking head till it aches*) Sarah and the money (yes, he asked for the money) are nowhere to be found so Linc tells Mike the good news and starts to call him "man" instead of "Mike" (urrrgh, so hated that, Michael still calls him Linc).

Mahone, who is troubled by first withdrawal syndroms, a few other "fish" and Michael are "asked" to come to the leader of the prison - and that´s neither a guard nor a director cause those don´t go anywhere near there since there was an uproar a few years back. Even the visitors have to state that they go in there on their own volition without protection from the guards. That´s why the leader (the black one on the left next to Sucre) can cuddle his "nun"-girlfriend and beat a new fish who pees on his floor out of fear. Michael tries to intervene and is already seen as a threat cause the leader sees his charisma and his girlfriends says Michael´s "good-looking" (no objection there ;D) which is where the episode ends.

And, not to forget, Teddy hasn´t appeared yet! Sucre has neither made ana appearance yet, but let´s still hope he´s alive.

My conclusion: I liked the opening of the premiere and hope the season will be great. There´s still the big conspiracy in the back and their plans for Michael. And "Whisper" hasn´t appeared yet, but there are many rumours about him on the net (and posted scripts which I won´t read). Please Linc, don´t call Michael "man" !!!! It sounds like bad "Harry Potter and the goblet of fire"-speech when J.K. Rowling wanted to put some puberty into the books *shudder*

Today I went with my friend flohbeisser for a picnic in the "Englischer Garten", but it was very cold so we had to drive back home. Our Plan A was to go swimming *shiver*.

Since she got WOW for her birthday, I decided to go into that world, too. Other MMORPGs haven´t fascinated me much lately. The only other really good one is Voyage Century Online, which is a free MMORPG where you can build a ship and sail around the world. The leveling works through making your ship better and bigger and the big ones really look great. In Germany you have to pay for it under the name "Bounty Bay Online" but the other version is free for all.

We´re on the side of the horde and are on the German server Norgannon. Our guild "Die Giftmischer" (The poisonmakers) are a Munich-only-guild with people we all know personally. 

I´ve got a hunter, which is my main character, called Uminokage (the japanese word for Shadow of the sea, inspired by the first book of Juuni kokki - The twelve kingdoms). His pet a white lion is called "Blitz" (flash, inspired by the German name of David Scott´s Skybax "Freefall" in Dinotopia). My sis´ also bought me a dragonfalconbaby, but you can´t see it on the screenshot - it´s soooo little.


I have two other characters, an undead warlock by the name of Wentworth *cuddle* and a nightelf warrior (alliance) by the name of Swordforce.
